New Year Brings WNAC Office Changes

The new year ushered in several changes within the WNAC office. Diane Conn, WNAC bookkeeper, is now a full time employee. In addition to her bookkeeping responsibilities, she will oversee daily office operations (phone, mailings, orders, subscriptions and inquiries) as well as maintain the Provision Closet. Sarah Fletcher will continue in her duties as TWG editor and media manager, but will work offsite from her home in Johnston City, Illinois, where her husband is now pastor of the First Free Will Baptist Church.

The WNAC Executive Committee is working closely with the staff, sharing the administrative load during this interim time without an Executive Secretary-Treasurer. Vice-president Shirley Jackson (Missouri) will serve as interim convention meeting planner, attending pre-convention meetings in Oklahoma City in these months. Pam Hackett (South Carolina) is now preparing the monthly online newsletter. Other committee members are working together on a special commemorative 75th anniversary program for Monday afternoon of the 2010 Convention.

Be much in prayer for these women as they lead the ministry of Women Nationally Active for Christ. WNAC President Rebecca Pugh (Tennessee) urges women to “keep WNAC in your prayers.“
“We want to be women who desire to know God and His will.
We want to be women involved in ministry sharing the Gospel.
We want to be women praying for the outreach of the Gospel all over the world.
We desire direction to God’s perfect choice for our Executive Secretary-Treasurer.”
